We have grown to one of the most reliable solution providers in Korea specialized in process quality control and defect analysis software solutions for the hi-tech industries ranging widely from semi-conductor to FPD, electronic materials, and chemistry. We have built a leadership position in the industry by developing and selling a wide range of application software programs based on the know-how, and world-class expertise we have built over the years, particularly in the field of semi-conductor solution.
